Terms & Conditions

• Vacation Village Voyages® is the trade name for Always Travel With Us, Inc. a licensed, bonded Seller of Travel.
• To qualify for participation in the Voyages Rewards program (the “Program”), members must be current in all fees including, but not limited to, membership dues and monthly installments.
• Corporations, partnerships, entities and/or groups are not eligible to participate in the Program; only individuals are eligible. Married couples or registered domestic partnerships (where applicable) are considered one individual.
• Affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents and employees of the Berkley Group Inc. and or Great Eastern Resorts Corporation, are not eligible to participate in this Program.
• Due to high demand for this trial program, we can only distribute up to 3 trial memberships per year to each Voyages member and the Free Trial Membership can only be offered once to a particular person or couple.
  Existing members, former members and people under the age of 21 are also not eligible
• Vacation Village Voyages® reserves the right at any time to: a) restrict, revoke or suspend any member’s participation in the Voyages Rewards Program; and, b) change, alter or terminate the Program.
• All monies redeemed by members may be subject to tax liability. Any such taxes are the sole responsibility of the member.
• Members agree to the use, without compensation, of their names, addresses or likenesses for advertising, marketing and publicity in connection with this program.
• All written materials are the property of Vacation Village Voyages® and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, disseminated, published and/or used for any purpose.
• Any and all changes to member address or account information must be in writing and addressed to Vacation Village Voyages® at 3015 North Ocean Blvd, Suite 121, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308.
• Voyages Rewards are valid for two (2) years from the date of issue.
• Due to federal and state regulations, Vacation Village Voyages® only acknowledges and authorizes the use of company-approved marketing materials, including, but not limited to, all media, TV, radio, flyers, brochures, newspapers, magazines, websites and all Internet usage.
